Hi, I'm Lisa and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I work within their code of ethics so you can rest assured that you will be treated with the utmost respect.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss and will be there to support you wherever you are in those processes. You can show up as you are and know that I will be there with you to untangle some of the knots that life can throw at us.

I have a lot of experience with perinatal support also, this includes pre and postnatal depression. I as a mother myself, I understand how overwhelming becoming a parent can be.
