Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Annette was amazing when it came to listening to my needs as well as being able to guide me into making decisions to better myself rather then telling me what to do. Annette offers a huge range of expertise to help with a variety of decision and allows you to be open and honest about everything as she creates a safe and comfortable environment for anyone chatting with her.

I have been seeing Anette for four weeks, and she has already helped me a lot. From our first session, I felt safe and comfortable talking to her. Anette listens very well and understands my problems deeply. She is kind, caring, and gives me new ways to think about my issues. She is both professional and friendly, which makes our sessions effective and pleasant. What I like most about Anette is her practical advice. She doesn't just listen; she gives me useful tools and techniques to manage my stress and improve my mental health. I can use these tools in my everyday life, and they really help. Anette is very dedicated to her work. She always remembers what we talked about before and follows up on it. This makes me feel supported and important as her client. In just four weeks, I have already noticed big improvements in how I feel and think. Anette's help has been very important in dealing with my difficult emotions and situations. I am thankful for her support and look forward to continuing my sessions with her. I highly recommend Anette to anyone looking for a thoughtful, caring, and effective therapist. Thank you, Annette, for your great work and dedication.

I have been in therapy programs for most of my life and never really felt like I got anything out of them until now. I have only had two sessions with Annette, and I am already feeling better about myself and my situation - I look forward to talking with her every week. She listens thoroughly, focuses on my concerns, and always responds quickly when I message her. I trust her expertise and am SO grateful for her (and the BetterHelp program). What I have been through was awful, but Annette makes me feel proud of myself for the challenges I've overcome. With her by my side, I am confident that I will make a full recovery and get back to living my best life. Thank you so much!! :)
