Michelle listens very well. I think everyone struggles with feeling heard but those struggles are definitely put to rest speaking with Michelle. Not only will you feel heard but there’s a level of understanding she has where you might feel like you’re off your wagon but she has a way of getting you back in track. She checks in on you almost like she can sense you might be having a tough day. Her voice is also realllllly soothing to me personally. I’d say 10 across the board !

Been in therapy for over 15 years with various therapists and Michelle is the best I’ve ever experienced - our phone sessions and messaging helps making time for therapy much easier - her style is kind and straight to the point - shes integrates her wealth of knowledge of different modalities and also intertwines useful and relatable stories and analogies - I couldn’t ask for a better therapist - I’ve had more progress in my treatment in the last 12 weeks than I ever have and it’s thanks to the work Michelle and I are doing!
Michelle has a very calming voice and demeanor. This helped me relax until I was comfortable within my sessions. She definitely was helpful and helped me work through my issues.
