Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

She’s great.
I really enjoy my therapist, I do hate that I missed a session with her on this particular day but it was my fault. She's awesome and very insightful. Ten out of ten from me.
Laurice is very professional, friendly. I feel very comfortable sharing things that I'm thinking, feeling and experiencing with Laurice. I look forward to our sessions and I always feel better during and after my sessions.
Love her so much she is a very good listener even though I know I over talk too much some times but she still tries her best to calm me. Feels more like a friendship

Miss L is a patient and insightful therapist. Welcoming you with her warm and family-like nature, you feel safe to share anything with her without pressure. She challenges me to not just talk and express but to be active on cultivating the changes I desire to make. She’s a blessing.
