Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Very intelligent, thoughtful and very helpful person!! No matter how I'm feeling, he gives me lots of new ideas and ways to approach life! The overall experience and knowledge he comes with on different aspects of his life are a big advantage to guiding me on where I can take my life. I appreciate all the tips, tools and tactics I've gained through my therapist!

Michael makes you feel accountable for doing the real work throughout the week before the therapy session begins. He’s more like a coach with helping you set and achieve practical goals.

I've been typing for a while lol but Mike has been great thus far, I appreciate the instruction and guidance I've been provided with so far. I like this style of therapy because it's the way I enjoy learning and growing, with the ability to work on what I need to from someone else's point of view not just what I think is wrong or is instructed by doctors what I should do. Let's me give myself the kick in the butt I want also

My first session with Michael was very telling. I could hear his experience with the way he worked a question and sub questions and how he was able to draw conclusions without me saying them. As a busy mom of young children, a household and work, I truly appreciate not having to spell out every detail of every situation. Michael is comfortable knowing when to jump in with an assumption of what happened next and when to step back and let me talk.
