Erin has been compassionate, caring, and actively listened during some of my hardest times. Any improvement I've made since the start of therapy is credited largely to her and my support system, which she encouraged me to embrace when I wasn’t before.

My counseling style is pretty laid back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a pretty good sense of humor. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You have taken the first and most important step by reaching out for help.
I'm sorry you are having a tough time right now, but I'm really glad you are reaching out. I'd like to help you work on the struggles you are facing; and offer you a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Erin is an all around great person, she listens and actually cares about you and how you are doing above and beyond whatever problems you are dealing with while still helping you deal with what you have going on. I would recommend her in a heart beat!
She's been the most helpful therapist that I've ever had...I didn't know that it could be this good! Love her and I've recommended her a lot!
erin is absolutely wonderful. i’ve really appreciated my time spent with her so far in our almost a year’s worth of working together. her support and genuine consideration towards me (her client) has been immensely noticed and appreciated, which goes to show her dedication and compassion towards her work. erin has truly helped me feel more comfortable with showing kindness towards myself, just as much as i show it to others. thank you erin
A wonderful therapist and cool person. I feel safe and heard by Erin and would recommend her to everyone. She keeps things casual and intimate and it feels like I’m speaking with an old friend who just happens to be a mental health professional.
Attentive, kind, focused. Comes from a perspective of mindfulness, self-awareness, and light physical recommendations (good ways to stretch, exercise, meditate for where you’re at). Soothing voice, cadence, attitude. Offers lots of helpful resources and worksheets — all optional and supplementary. I feel better equipped to handle myself having therapy with her!
Erin has gone above and beyond to help with me with the issues and concerns. I am truly greatful for her assistantance and guidance.
I really appreciate Erin’s style and their knowledge, experience, and expertise of both queer and non monogamous relationships. Erin has really helped me bring my communication with my partner to a higher level and has helped me understand my partners way of communicating and how to navigate the differences between our attachment styles.
I think Erin is a great therapist! She listens and responds with no judgment. She has a plethora of material to read and study. I would happily recommend Erin to anyone.
First session was really great. She took a whole lot of weight off my shoulders. Better than I expected since it was my first counseling.
Erin is a very positive soul who tries to truly connect and understand her clients in a positive and comfortable way. Makes me want to be a better person.
Erin has been fantastic, both in her deep knowledge of therapeutic practices and emotional needs, but also in her ability to connect on a personal level. My sessions with her have very literally revitalized my day following therapy.
She is delightful. So far she has helped me more than any therapist.
Erin is awesome. I am a direct-approach person. Erin is able to ask me the uncomfortable questions and despite that it is tough to answer, she helps me come out of it and reflect back. Major respect.
