Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Overall rating:
Daniel is so honest and helpful. I have never done therapy before now and I only wish I started sooner.
Daniel is extremely diligent and been very helpful. It has been only a couple of weeks but I already feel much better due to some of the techniques Daniel introduced to me.
I came seeking help in clarity and understanding regarding boundaries and expectations in my relationships and have been helped immensely
When I first started with Daniel I was hesitant, but I quickly grew to trust him and feel confident because I asked him to be blunt and not sugar coat things so that we could have results. He is always respectful but as per my wishes he tells me like it is. I don’t want a “feel good” therapist I want results. And that is exactly what you will get with him!
Daniel is helping me find insights into my issues. He helps me express what I am feeling.
Daniel has helped me work through my thoughts and issues with grace and empathy. He is a great therapist and it’s obvious he has a lot of experience in this field. I am grateful to have Daniel as a therapist and would highly recommend him.
