I am a credentialed therapist in the UK with 3+ years of professional work experience working one to one with clients. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, career difficulties and more. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I provide clients with the tools and strategies they need to manage and cope with their challenges. Some of the techniques I use include behavioural activation, relaxation, thought challenging, behavioural experiments, exposure therapy, and cognitive restructuring. As well as a more person centred client led approch depending on the individual clients needs.
