Hi! My name is Andrea and I'm a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
As a combat-deployed veteran and military family member, I have first-hand experience with the demands of military life and enjoy working with service members, veterans, and their families to help heal the invisible wounds in their individual, couple, and family relationships; helping them heal and become better partners, parents, and family members.
I also particularly enjoy working with parents. Parenting is a journey for which there is no set road-map and yet it is one of the most significant journeys most people will undertake.
I believe in empowerment and in my practice I bring compassion, honesty, and mutual respect. I utilize an eclectic style of researched based therapeutic approaches that are personalized to each individual I work with and am looking forward to getting to know you.

Andrea is the first therapist I have ever had and she has been so so helpful for me. I’ve been through a lot the past year and she always finds a way to help me make sense of things and look at situations from a different perspective. She is thoughtful, respectful and so kind. I always feel so much better after our weekly sessions and look forward to talking with her every week. Cannot recommend her enough. My only regret is not finding her sooner!

Andrea has helped me tackle a lot of incredibly difficult things that I've been pushing away for so long. With her guidance, I finally feel like I'm gaining control of my life, emotions, and mind. There are still days where things are hard, but they have become so much more manageable since starting therapy with Andrea and using BetterHelp.
