Very friendly and caring. Mr. Matthew understands and care about other people’s feelings and challenges and help them overcome their own fears. I highly recommend him to anyone that is going through a tough time in their life. The thing I liked the most about my therapist he actually gives you time to express your feelings and emotions and he listens which I never experienced from another male. I am forever thankful with Mr. Matthew for his help.

Solid therapist with helpful tools. You can tell he likes what he does and he creates a comfortable environment for one to work on themselves. I would surely recommend him.

A seriously incredible therapist. I feel heard and seen with every session. I normally have had female therapists, and he's my first male therapist and I feel extremely comfortable talking to him about my emotions and past experiences, I'm happy to have met a good therapist after so long without therapy.

Reviewed Dec 2023

Very happy with my experience.

Reviewed Dec 2023

Matthew's specialty is trauma therapy and he's quite good at it. A lot of "depression" and "anxiety" is rooted in trauma and you owe yourself to see if that's the root cause, and address it with the right expert.

Reviewed Dec 2023

Matthew has been extremely kind and willing to help me and my family during the past few months and although I have had many family things cause us not to be able to meet as often as I hoped, he has always been willing to be available and is flexible with his schedule as needed. I truly appreciate that.

Reviewed Nov 2023

I encourage individuals to work with Matthew because he is compassionate, gentle, and transparent. I have worked with incredible therapists in my past, still Matthew was able to help me, as a woman, set boundaries and affirm them.
