After being cycled through a few therapists who were unavailable/unhelpful, James has been really helpful in giving me solid, practical advice that I could apply immediately. I really appreciate how he keeps things lighthearted and positive so you feel open to share anything without judgment. I would definitely recommend him to other people.

James is a great counselor who is patient, skillful in providing insight and a safe space to be heard. He embodies the idea that the result of going through therapy is determined by how much you are willing to put in the work to help and deal with your issues. He is a wonderful guide, but you have to be willing to make the first step, to dive deep to understand and uncover all the things you were unaware of.
