I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been licensed for 12 years. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings, including community mental health, prison systems, hospital settings and private practice. I find fulfillment in therapy and offering compassionate support to those that I work with and offering an Acceptance and Commitment treatment approach to address many of the pains and difficulties that naturally come up in life. I aspire to offer my help and support to those struggling with a variety of different issues from depression and related symptoms to anxiety and panic.
Over my career, I have seen the impact of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on the lives of the clients I have worked with as well as finding it helpful and personally relevant as a fellow human in my own life. I look forward to the opportunities and new client relationships ahead and what life changes may happen during our work.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have seen 4 therapist and Lincoln has the best approach to moving forward towards goals. I appreciate his style of therapy and is very easy to communicate with.
I’ve only met over call with Lincoln a couple times and he had already helped me drastically! I can already see big changes from small changes he’s helped to suggest.
Lincoln is a wonderful therapist who is great at listening and helping you address areas where you need help. He responds back to messages in a timely manner and genuinely cares about helping you.
Lincoln has been instrumental in enabling me to change my life - to be more of the person I want, to recognize, define, and live according to my values, to better align my behaviors and thoughts with my values, and to understand my emotions. I would highly recommend Lincoln.
I am very lucky to have been matched with Lincoln. It has meant a lot to me.
Lincoln has been a God send. My daughters were moved away from me and I struggled with that reality and financial, relational, and other things and he really gave me some great ideas and listened very well. He has helped guide me through one, if not, the toughest battle of my life, so I’m forever grateful to Lincoln for his guidance, and his responses to me are genuine and specific to my situation. I would love to keep counseling with Lincoln as long as I can afford it.
I appreciate his patience as I try and figure out what my root issues are in my healing process.
Lincoln cares about your well-being, offering different tools and skills to learn so your life can be what you want it to be. He is stellar at helping me realize how and why my anxiety affects me the way it does. But most importantly teaching me the skills to combat my anxiety very effectively. Guiding me on my journey so that I arrive ready to live my best life. Those moments in time where I am not ruled by my anxiety and depression are becoming more and more frequent, and less of the norm and something to manage not fear any longer.
Lincoln has been a great therapist for me. He really listens to what I am saying and interacts with me giving me insight and clarity. I love the worksheets that he sends me. They help me to see not only things around me but see myself as well.
Lincoln Witt has been extraordinarily helpful. In just our first three sessions he has given me tools to improve my coping skills with dealing with a traumatic event. He is thoughtful, helpful and always available. He is proactive in reaching out to me to inquire how I am doing, which I really appreciate.
He's a good guy with a lot on his plate. He's a good guy doing right for his patients
