For BetterHelp keep sponsoring content creators, it's definitely worked to get me to talk to someone. Jennifer is amazing at dealing with my first time talking to a therapist without someone else's input. She has amazing communication skills and doesn't interrupt yet still keeps me on point. This is probably the best app for mental help I have found, and Jennifer was a big part of that statement.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She didn’t know, but I came in extremely skeptical. Jennifer changed all that and made me feel comfortable. I feel heard and valued, and it’s nice to know someone is listening and offering valuable things to help me.
She’s very sweet and understanding I would highly recommend her for others.
Jennifer is very supportive and personable. The conversation flows very naturally and we are able to discuss a plethora of topics.
Jennifer takes the time to really listen and understand me. She leaves space for me to show up authentically. She provides empathy and validation and also challenges me to question my thoughts and explore possibilities. I can already feel a positive change in my life even after just a few sessions.
