Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Peter is great and I really enjoyed our session and his expertise
I can't believe how much Peter has helped me in such a short period of time. I was going through a rough patch in my life. And to be able to talk to someone about it outside of my circle was critical to me getting better emotionally and mentally. I'm a 47 year old male with what I like to call broad shoulders. I think I can handle everything on my own. Peter has reiterated that I don't need to do it alone. Friends and family really can help talking personal issues out. Reflecting on one's life really helps as well. Putting the shoe on the other foot persay. Thank you so much Peter for helping me realize things don't need to be perfect. Some times it's better to shut up and just observe.
Peter has been great at understanding and dissecting my core issues at hand. I really appreciate his feedback and support, I highly recommend him!
Peter has been of great assistance in my time of need.
I am surprised by how easy it is to talk to Peter, I am also EXTREMELY grateful for his kindness, expertise and professionalism. My only regret is that I didn't start therapy years ago. Since talking to Peter, I've recovered from wounds I never thought would heal. Thank God for the therapists!
