When I found Better Help and they matched me with a therapist based on a questionnaire that I filled out. They scheduled an appointment for me based on mine and Dr. Frey’s schedule. The moment I started speaking with her I thought this is someone who genuinely cares about what I’m saying. We just really hit it off from the start and she’s been my therapist ever since. I couldn’t even consider talking to anyone else. People you need to know that she is the best. I love her approach to therapy and it has really worked for me. Dr. Frey is just so engaging and interactive. I just love her and I’m sure that anyone else would feel the same. She is the best of the best!
