She is insightful, encouraging, gentle, and patient – everything a therapist should be. I feel cared for not just as a client but as a person who can achieve real healing and real change. She knows how to adapt to make things understandable and applicable, like she's always a step ahead! She is meticulous, firm, and progress-oriented, but also has a strong sense of timing and pacing. I started BetterHelp looking for a "text-a-therapist" who I could complain to but ended up with an amazing woman who has given me tools to examine my heart. I'm truly thankful for Trinika.
