I’ve only had a handful of sessions with Lauren but in those sessions she has supported me, let me talk with no judgement, let me cry. She isn’t just a great listener she is also giving me tips and tricks to help with my anxiety. I highly recommend her and Better Help.
She is very gentle, and never pushes me to do anything I don’t like or want. My first language is Spanish and for me is perfect because sometimes I don’t know how to say something in English, I really like the opportunity to switch between one language to the other one.
Lauren is awesome. She and I clicked right from the start. I like that she will engage with me , not like a lot of.other therapists who just nod their head and say “ How do you feel.” I think she will tell me what I need to hear not what a want to Looking forward to working with her.
