I am a person centred qualified counsellor in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. I am a registered member of the BACP and have my own insurance.

Since qualifying I have worked in local counselling agencies with both adults and young people , a local college as college counsellor and have recently set up my own face to face private practice. I also work for a national children's charity providing well being support to children, young people and their parents. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. Prior to training as a counsellor, my background was providing support to adults in areas such as housing and mental health support.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
