I highly recommend Caroline McMenamin for how she perfectly managed to help me start opening up about sensitive topics without making me uncomfortable during it. She is willing to listen and provide a valid explanation for everything you both talk about and I guarantee that you would start feeling better. Caroline is a fantastic therapist; for the first time I feel understood. Caroline helped me resolve some current issues affecting my mental-health when we first started in December and we are now moving to past issues which still affect me. I was unsure about how i was going to be talking to a new therapist but Caroline made me feel comfortable from the get go and made it easy to just talk and tell her what im really going through.
