Much of my experience has been helping individuals and family systems through a crisis situation. Regina. Is. Amazing! While I haven't done therapy many times in my life, I look forward to it every week or so because of her keen listening, positive feedback, and encouragement toward a growth mindset. I love that she checks in with me here and there throughout the week because I get to take a step back and reflect on how I'm feeling. Overall, I would totally recommend her and BetterHelp, as it was such a great decision for me!
