Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Kimberly made me feel very comfortable from my first appointment even sharing her own personal experiences with me to be so relate able. Truly recommend her and feel like she cares!
Kimberly Randolph is an amazing Therapist. Extremely helpful in every situation I seems to have a problem with. She has a solution! On my experience I would rate it a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for your help!
Ms. Kimberly always checks in through the day and responds to my journal entries. You can see that she reads them and doesn’t just pass them by. She listens so well during sessions and has a way of helping calm thoughts down. She is so amazing.
I love Kimberly! She is my first therapist and I love how she listens and pays attention to detail. I really feel like she cares about me and my situation. She gives me great advice and worksheets to help me really dig deep to find the roots of my problems.
Kimberly is an amazing resource for healing. She's a wellspring of excellent advice and great techniques to help. She also holds you to account ( in a gentle and kind way), which has been absolutely critical for my own recovery. She does mid-week check-ins, which my therapist before never did, and it really make a huge difference.
She listens, give great advice and tells you what you need to here no matter if it's in your favor or not. Kimberly takes notes and study them to better understand you!
She has been so helpful and kind to me.
I was really skeptical about doing therapy and didn’t think it would help me much. However after the therapy sessions with Dr. Randolph I am so glad I made the first step in getting help. She is very caring, compassionate, charismatic and funny. I personally love the way she breaks things down to make it more personable for you to understand is great. I’m learning new things about myself and have more confidence to start betting on myself. Although I went through a very toxic relationship her words and advice was able to get me away from that. Words can’t really express how much I appreciate all that she has done for me. Thank you so much. You are awesome and deserve all your flowers

She’s amazing
Kim is a delight to work with. I truly feel a safe space during each of our sessions. What I love most is that Kim provides actionable next steps and follows up with me during the week to see how I’m doing and if there’s any support I need. Kim represents the best that BetterHelp has to offer.
Kimberly is a very compassionate person who has stayed alongside me step-for-step in complicated situations and problems. I trust her wisdom because I know she will guide me in an empathetic and caring manner. Thank you Kim, for saving space in your life to help me.
Kimberly listens!!! She exposes deep trauma that’s been simmering for years and helps me resolve it! I mean her explanations and outlook are so simple but so profound! I feel lighter after our sessions.
She is a blessing to me!!
Kimberly is very professional and knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable when speaking with her. I was nervous to start therapy on a regular basis, but now I look forward to our sessions. I’m happy that I have a place where I can speak freely without being judged. As well as have someone who can give me advice and I put it into place and see the changes. Kimberly has helped me in every aspect of my life and I have even recommended her to friends as well.
Very relatable with good coping tips. Midweek checkins are useful.
I really have enjoyed working with Kimberly. She was been really caring and understanding to my needs. I appreciate the encouragement and support. She has helped to receive clarity on some things that I been dealing with over the years.
Choosing her was the best choice every!
I really like how I can easily relate to her and how she gives examples or analogies that relate to the situations or thinking I am in.
Very professional and helpful!
Words cannot explain how awesome Kimberly is. I feel heard and I am able to speak freely and be understood and helped. As a woman of color it can be hard finding someone to relate to in this space and I am truly blessed to have been matched with her. Thank you.
Kimberyl has been great so far! I am looking forward to my future sessions with her.
I am new to therapy. I came in with some fear never experiencing therapy before. I was told it would be great for me and they were right. Kimberly is awesome. She has made our first few sessions easy and flawless. She allows me to speak freely and honestly. She listens and asks questions about the things I am discussing with her. She has a way of challenging my thinking without making it feel as if I’m being talked at or down to. Looking forward to more sessions with her.
