Leah has been great! She’s attentive and simply listens, which is sometimes what I need. But she also helps with moving forward and giving input/homework on reflection. She’s fantastic
I have never done therapy before and don’t have too much to go off of but I have had a couple of interactions and one video call with Leah. In that little time frame we have made significant progress so I believe she knows what she’s doing and enjoys doing it
She is a very caring person and being able to speak with her has made it to where handling my stress is a lot more manageable with just a few visits
