Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Overall rating:
Zoe is an excellent therapist. Very patient, good listener and provides good services
Zoe is super sweet and really listens to me, but she's also honest with me when there is a concern about how I'm handling stuff.
Better Help, and specifically my therapist, Zoe, have been an incredible resource during a time of struggle. I was really nervous to start therapy, but Better Help has made it convenient and I am so grateful for that; particularly during this season of life.
As someone who's had poor experiences with other mental healthcare professionals, Zoe is a shining example of what I really think a "good therapist" is! She's always given me space to lead sessions if I feel I need to focus or vent on specific topics. Whenever I'm having a bad mental health week, she takes control of the session very gently and redirects focus on little wins, realistic goals, and constructive perspectives. She's very easy to speak to about heavy topics, positive outlooks, and casual things like what video games we like! Would absolutely reccommend for anyone that's also been looking for that "good therapist"!
Simply put, Zoe is amazing at what she does, and my life is dramatically better since beginning therapy with her and learning new and better ways to cope with life’s struggles.
She has been very helpful in helping me deal with my problems. She always gives me great advice.
Zoe has been incredible in reminding me that I am able to do things for my mental well being. She listens and gives great feedback. I appreciate having someone that is easy to talk to and willing to find solutions that work for me.
I think of Zoe as not just my therapist, but as a friend. She has genuine empathy & is a great listener. I leave every session with practical advice on how to handle the challenges of my life.
Extremely helpful, listening to everything I had to say and helped me understand my emotions.
It’s hard to find someone that’s in your corner and has YOUR best interest in mind. Friends and Family are great to confide in, but sometimes in certain situations it’s good to have someone that will not judge you and you can vent to weekly. Zoe has been that person for me, and I’m so very grateful to have her as a therapist to help me work through difficult situations.
Great listener and very knowledgeable.
From the few times we’ve spoken (just got started) Zoe has been terrific so far. Very calm, understanding, and gentle. Would recommend Zoe to absolutely anyone.
