I am Heidi Pendleton, MSW, LCSW, Clinical Therapist.

I have practiced in my profession for over twenty years. I started out my career as a Child Protection Worker, and then, I worked as a Social Worker on an inpatient psychiatric unit. I worked for a couple large health care system as a Clinical Therapist, including the Veteran's Health Administration. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy.

I have a lot of experience working with children; families; people who have PTSD, depression, and anxiety; and service members returning from deployment. I also taught at a university in Social Work.

I have held speaking engagements, and I have been a contributing author to patient education materials and a couple textbooks.
