Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Alison has been a great help in reestablishing a healthy relationship with myself and my wife.
I have only had one session with her, but I felt much better after the first session. Excited to see how things go.
Alison is very understanding and positive. I felt comfortable with her on our first video. She listened and provided positive feedback but let me be in control of my session.
Alison is attentive, kind, upbeat and encouraging. She listens well and establishes a rapport very quickly. We have only met three times and she already feels like a trusted friend and confidante. She has made me feel stronger, given me the tools to be more resilient and helped me clarify and focus on my goals. I feel so lucky to have found her and I highly recommend her.
What kind of patient individual! Forward to our future conversations and the help that I will be graciously receiving through the service!
