I couldn't recommend Joshua enough. He is one of those "across the board" kind of professionals. He is easy-going, open, and not at all a threat. He listens calmly, takes notes effortlessly, and sums everything up perfectly. He is very intuitive and insightful. He has a solid, professional knowledge base and knows just when to suggest solutions and back them up with worksheets. He can also be funny and supportive with his own, personal, relatable stories. And, maybe most of all, you can genuinely tell Joshua is passionate about helping others. This is his true calling. He's the real deal.
