What a blessing to have found David! I have been talking with David for a bit over two months now. It has been the first time for me being able to build the trust to fully open up about even the darkest thoughts, events and feelings without being judged. I feel understood and have learned so much about the whys and how’s already. I am working through childhood trauma and was looking for someone who would say it as it is, see it for what it is and most importantly, help me understand, process and find a way to make my piece with it. I am still working through all this but it is a good progress.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

David is great. He listens and asks questions that lead you to realise the root of the problem. And then offers amazing advice for how to deal with the problem.

David has been an incredibly insightful and helpful person, I’m a certified hot mess but after a few sessions I feel like David gets me and my 747 of baggage. I appreciate his style and personality and look forward to working with him into the future.

David was incredibly personable and kind. Every second of our sessions together I felt he had my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend David as a therapist.

David seems to just get it. I’m not the best at explaining and yet he understands and provides valuable input. He seems to know things which I don’t even realise about myself. He helps me connect the dots and provides valuable methods for overcoming difficult situations including anxiety, self confidence, co-dependency, decision making, etc. I feel I’ve made more progress with him in 3 weeks than I have with others in years.

Starting therapy was the best decision I could make. When I first signed up it felt like I was finally grabbing on to that life line that was hanging above my head that would help pull me out of the deep hole I was stuck in for so many months. Being able to message David about all my concerns and not get judged or receive quick advice but rather feel like we are really working towards uncovering why I feel the way I feel has been tremendously helpful to deal with all the things I got going on in my life. It's such an amazing feeling to know there is someone that you can speak to about everything and that will always be there and listen. David tailors his approach to meet me exactly where I am at that day and is very flexible with what we work through depending on how I am feeling that day. He is honest and straightforward which I appreciate very much and I feel very well supported.
