Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Overall rating:
Best therapist ever.
Ross is a kind, patient and extremely experienced person. It is a true pleasure to work with him and I felt comfortable very quickly with him in sessions.
Ross has already been of great help to me, even from early in my therapy. He listens and is very skilled at suggesting discussion points to explore further, without ever pushing anything and is always open to the possibility that it's not the issue that you might want or be able to focus on in that moment. This creates a very positive place in which to open up and feel comfortable with being vulnerable enough to discuss anything and, moreover, to consider and reflect on what is being discussed.
Ross is a down to earth professional. He provides quick support and is flexible. He provides relevant therapy and has a range of solutions. I would highly recommend him.
Ross is a fantastic support to me and has helped me to develop great tools to help me manage my obsession and bring happiness back to my life.
Really understanding and incredibly focused on my needs and grasped my situation very quickly. Listened to how I felt and gave solutions based on my feedback.
