She always made me feel heard and validated while dealing with complex feelings and situations. She always remembered me and my story and we were able to pick up right where we left off every time. She also made sure I was getting the most from my BetterHelp subscription. It is evident that she cares a great deal for her clients. I will always appreciate her checking in on me even if we don’t meet for weeks (not Janet’s fault, I get caught up in the hustle and bustle and forget to schedule my next session sometimes). On that note, Janet would also remind me to schedule my next session if I forgot to, which was very helpful. She is very proactive, invested, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Janet!
