Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Tasha is the only therapist that has ever actually helped name and the only one I have trusted. She helps me talk through things and come up with plans and tools to navigate my life.
Tasha has been nothing but supportive and encouraging. She doesn't rush to figure things out and is willing to modify and be adaptable to what's going on in my life at the time. Even if there isn't a lot going on, she is there to talk about anything. The fact that she checks in once a week is so helpful in reminding me that she's there to help and support.
Tasha has been great with my treatment and I can always rely on her for a quick response to any question or concern.
Tasha has helped me guide through my own thoughts and helped me really start implementing skills/resources to grow . I’m beyond grateful for her listening, patience and checking in on me as well..
She is a good listener!! She just allows me to vent, without judgement. Then she also provides solutions !
I feel like Tasha is very caring and really listens to what I have to say.
Tasha is an amazing therapist! She has been a safe space for me to express my concerns, worries, and anxieties while offering encouragement, compassion, and methods in which to break negative habits in order to grow. She has helped me identify what is in my yard to work on and what doesn't belong to me. Tasha is a genuine person that exudes authenticity. She listens intently and knows just the pace for recovery in many areas. Her expertise has helped me with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorder, and Co-Dependancy. I can not speak highly enough of her! Give her a try! The good thing about Betterhelp is it is very easy to change therapist til you find one that fits. It took me one other therapist for I found the perfect match with Tasha.
Tasha is the best therapist I have ever had. She has helped me work through into move forward with my life. She is truly the best out there!
Tasha, is a very down to earth therapist, which I love. She is a person who I feel confident in speaking to like I would my best friend. Gives me advice to really think about and dive deep into. She is very much appreciated!

Absolutely love her
Tasha is fantastic.
Tasha is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve made more progress with her than any other professional in this field my whole life. She’s amazing!
Tasha has been a great resource. She listens well and offers advice and opportunities for me to improve and I really like the fact that I can text when something comes up and she responds in a Timely manner.
I have just recently started therapy with Tasha and I can already tell she is easy to talk to and good at what she does. I was very anxious to start therapy, she could even tell at our initial session within the first 5 minutes of talking to me. She made me feel very comfortable just by questions and making it feel more like we were just having a conversation. She seems very knowledgeable and quick to respond too! I can’t wait to continue meeting with Tasha!
Tasha has given me comfort that everything will be ok again. She makes me feel like I have a safe space and I’m not alone. She explains everything out and has an open mind and helps me do things step-by-step so I don’t get too overwhelmed. I have had 3 appointments and my anxiety has already started to decrease.
I’ve only had one session with Tasha, but I feel like she is going to be a good fit for me!
Tasha has been a blessing. She acknowledges my concerns and provides with tools and knowledge to work things out and support. I am deeply grateful to have her as my therapist.
