Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Amazing therapist. Especially considering the fact that I never considered therapy for a long time, having a therapist like Susan really has helped me and I will continue going to her for the forseeable future!
I absolutely love this therapist she is jenuin and takes her time she doesn’t rush to diagnose you witch is better she is very attentive and gives guidance when needed
Susan listens and pays excellent attention. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I am understanding the concepts she is helping me understand and she spends a great deal of time making sure that she understands where my head is at. She reaches out between sessions and reads all of my journal entries, gives great homework assignments, and I feel she genuinely cares about how I am doing on a daily basis.
Susan is extremely personable, and I appreciate it so much. She easy to talk to, and makes me feel comfortable expressing my feelings and concerns. 100% recommend.
