Hello, thanks for making the first step to a happier more positive you. I know it is one of the hardest things to do to open up and go through this journey, but we can take it step by step and you will get there. I have been a UK licensed therapist for almost a decade and see people from all walks of life and different cultures. Whether it is for your child, teenager or yourself I love working with and get along well with each person regardless their age. I am an experienced CAMHS therapist and adult therapist. I have held Consultant, Lead and Supervisor Specialist roles In a number of services and clinics successfully. I offer both therapy and clinical supervision to trainees and other psychologists. Teaching others and guiding them to find themselves is one of the things I love to do. Feel free to approach me on either therapy or supervision. I am trained and experienced in several therapies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) Person Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic. In addition to being a trauma focused CBT therapist with years of experience in PTSD. The therapy that we will do will be based on empirical evidence and is always tailored to you. I also offer None-directive play therapy for children. My expertise encompasses a number of difficulties from Anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, self-exploration, OCD, PTSD, phobias, loss, adjustment to changes in life, bullying issues, personality disorders, low mood, abuse, emotional wellbeing, relaxation, relationship loss or issues, self-discovery, adjustment to a new culture/country, stress, discrimination, cultural topics and many many other issues.
