I relate to her and I feel like I'm talking to a friend and that makes me more comfortable in opening up to her.

Chula is easy to talk to and is a great listener. It's easy to see that she's very experienced in her field because she's able to evaluate my concerns and provide knowledgeable and effective feedback. For me, when taking with Chula, it becomes more than just a therapy session, it's a conversation between two people about anything and everything. Yes it's me-centric but I enjoy exploring the why of things and she's open to having those conversations and exploring concepts with me. I would highly recommend Chula as a therapist.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
