My experience with Beth Brantner has been nothing short of transformational. I feel she is someone you can be open and honest with. She will not judge you. She wants to understand you so she can help you. She always has good options for a person to try. She is very gentle. She will not push you into anything you are not ready for. She will provide as much encouragement to be a better person and help you focus on your goals. If you are serious about finding ways to improve yourself I couldn't recommend Beth highly enough.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jul 2024

Beth has been an incredibly caring, supportive, patient, responsive, respectful and knowledgeable therapist for me. I love that in between our video sessions I can message her because written communication has often been helpful for me as I'm working to process my thoughts and feelings. Beth has been able to work with me through both writing and direct conversation and is helping me through a very difficult time. I highly recommend her!
