Be proud you have taken this brave step, it is the start of your journey to a happier and calmer mental state. I specialise in anxiety, depression and OCD. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Fiona is an amazing listener, she takes time to understand the issue at hand. She doesn't take excuses and is very honest, which is exactly what I needed.

Thank you for all your help, Fiona. Fiona Grant is an amazing therepist who has helped me a lot in identifying my strengths, internalising them and believing them through encouraging me to use daily affirmations. This has greatly boosted my confidence level and reducing on my self-hatred to some extent. The grounding techniques, relaxation technique and worksheets to challenge my thoughts and beliefs have been helping me to start to shift my self view and world view when faced with some triggers. I truly appreciate that she spends time and effort beyond therapy sessions to find worksheets, books and external sources of information to help me further. She has helped to find information and worksheets about trauma to attempt to help me although she was not trained in this aspect. And she demonstrated understanding and support when I needed more help from a trauma trained therapist to help me with my problems. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for all that she has done. Her warm and caring nature as well as her hardworking and enthusiasm in helping her clients to the best of her abilities are remarkable. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. I am certain that she will continue to shine and be the light to her clients in any best ways possible!

I will continue having my sessions with her since I feel she’s is the best opportunity to me to get my mental health in order. I will highly recommend her to everyone.

Ms.Fiona is a very positive and patient. She listens attentively and gives me all sorts of therapy methods to try out. She goes out of her way to try and help me find multiple things that would improve my self-soothing and my issues. She would ask how I'm feeling recently and gauge what are the plausible causes that contribute to my wavering mental health. Helping me understand my triggers better and what I am doing that is contributing to my mental health decline .

Reviewed April 2024

Fiona is fantastic and sees helping me as a personal quest. I could not recommend her more highly
