I am credentialed in the UK with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience of working as a client centred therapist, a psychosexual therapist I am also a clinical Supervisor in the UK.

I have experience of working in outreach community settings, online and via Phone. I have had the opportunity to work with both children and adults, using many different methods of support and tools to ensure individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and experiences.

These skills have enable me to help clients across a number of areas such as understanding stress, anxiety and depression , LGBTQIA+ intimacy and sexual disfunction related concerns, coping with grief and loss, fear of change, health concerns, amongst many other possible questions.

I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I am only available on the platform Tuesdays between the hours of 09.30 and 2pm generally. I aim to respond to clients messages within 24 hrs (week days)and my availability is updated twice weekly.
