Extremely professional and has helped me rebuild myself post break up! Definitely reccomend!
Lauren is extremely good at making me feel validated when I describe how my traumas impacted me without feeding any of the negative emotions that are attached to them. I am able to communicate with her without feeling judged. She is great at remembering things we've discussed in previous sessions so I'm able to focus on new things that pop up without rehashing all of the contextual information that might be difficult to talk about again. The "homework" assignments she gives are very applicable and helpful. I love that I can use the BetterHelp app to share my assignments with her on my time and I'll sometimes get feedback before our next session. I can reflect on her feedback and be more prepared for my next session and the new thing to tackle. I have been a patient of in-person/traditional therapy for over 8 years but switching to this modality and finding Lauren on this platform have provided an even better experience .
