After 3 therapists, I finally found THE ONE. She not only has encouraged me to do live video sessions but she’s also pushing my pain and myself from ignoring it. I truly believe and whole heartedly trust her. Carrie has already with one session opened my mind to releasing painful memories and also has helped me understand the true meaning of grief. I am 32 almost and I just understand that grief is 2 sided. It can be the good or the bad ! Anywho, whoever is reading this, trust me, definitely try her. Carrie is not like the other therapists. She truly is invested in you finding yourself and diving deep into your roots.
I have only had a couple of sessions with her, but she has already helped me so much by giving me some good advice. I also really appreciate her understanding.
