I am a Person centred Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor. I offer online and telephone counselling and work with adult clients.

Life can be really tough. Sometimes we just need some support.

I offer a safe space for you to speak about anything that may be on your mind. Whether its from your past history or the present, sometimes the way we view ourselves may be holding us back. We may feel overwhelmed, have lost sight of what we value, or perhaps we are finding it hard to see meaning in the life we live. We can work together to help you to gain clarity and self-awareness. I work with your strengths and use empathy, kindness, and non-judgment to empower you. But most essentially, I offer you a space to feel heard.

I believe that everybody is an individual, so I work in an Integrative way. This means I take a holistic view of whatever pressing issues are presented in our sessions and incorporate different therapeutic approaches and interventions to tailor best to you.

I also work with adult students in Further Education and Higher Education, who may be facing exam stress, relationship issues, homesickness, procrastination, debt, problem gambling, substance misuse, and adapting to student life with long-term illness or disability.

Allow yourself the opportunity to identify that you are valued. You have purpose, you matter, you are seen and you are heard.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
