Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Both sessions I have had with Vicki so far have been characterized by exceptional support and attentiveness. Throughout each session, I felt truly seen and heard, and I left feeling uplifted and encouraged. Vicki has assisted me in uncovering previously unrecognized aspects of my thought processes and behaviors, enabling me to identify and understand my unhealthy choices. This insight has provided me with the opportunity to replace them with healthier alternatives. I feel empowered after just two sessions with Vicki and look forward to continuing our work together.

Cannot recommend her enough. Really got me through a challenging time. Listens and responds compassionately and constructively. Thank you

She is very understanding and empathetic person. She made me feel understood and for me that was really important. She gave me a different or neutral perspective and help me resolve conflicting ideas in my mind. She helped me with my eating related issues, loneliness, interpersonal communication problems and lack of self compassion issues. She was completely non judgemental and made me open up to her more.

I have only had two sessions with Vicki. But she is great and listens. I feel very comfortable and did very quickly. She has highlighted areas in this short time but there is a way to go. Thank you to Vicki
