My name is Arlevia P. DeLoach-Wallace. I believe in providing individualized care that is specific to the person being served. I also believe in utilizing a multi-modal approach to providing therapy due to there not being a one style fits all treatment modality. I’m from Hattiesburg, Mississippi (by way of Ellisville, MS) where I attended the University of Southern Mississippi, and earned a BA degree in Psychology. I moved to Milledgeville, GA in 2003 and lived there for 5 years I worked at Central State Hospital as a Behavior Specialist and at Scott. I began attended Troy University (Augusta, GA campus) and earned a MS degree in Community Counseling and Psychology. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 10/2011, and I'm currently a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS II), Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS), and Master's Addictions Counselor (MAC). I currently live and work the Metro Atlanta area as the Clinical Director of a small community mental health agency. I also have a private practice, Building Brighter Futures. In my private practice, I provide individual therapy, family counseling services, SA (Substance Abuse) assessments, Individual and Group SA Counseling to individuals for EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) and individuals with private insurance (i.e. Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and Magellan). I also work with youth and teens ages 11-19. I have a 20-year-old son and nephew/son that I enjoy spending time with, and I enjoy singing, writing, reading, cooking, and shopping in my spare time. My greatest passion for life is teaching others, serving others, leading others to spiritual awareness, and helping others to find purpose in/for their lives.
