She gives me a maternal feel. She's very understanding. Living in the UK and her being from US though the signal with live calls aren't always best
Debbie has given me wonderful and practical advice, having demystified therapy and turning it into something very functional for myself. Highly adaptable.
She is very welcoming and friendly. I have come a long way with her help!
Debbie was great to work with and was very helpful in giving options and ways to work through the grief associated with losing a close friend of mine. I feel that I was able to work through this grief in a healthy way with the help of Debbie.
Thanks
Debbie listens patiently and in a non-judgemental way. She gently offers opinions (which I appreciate) and asks pertinent questions to guide self reflection, which is key to uncovering motivations. I'm enjoying our sessions.
I really felt comfortable with Debbie and even though I've had alot of Big changes in my life over the last 2 years, she helped me understand that my biggest problem that I have is that I am a passive personality.Deb gave me homework that helped me see different ways to express what my needs and desires are without being a pushover for everyone to walk over.
Debbie is knowledgeable and friendly.
I did not participate in any therapy sessions. I actually didn’t even show up to our scheduled appointment. And she continued to reach out to me to make sure that I was OK. I really really appreciated her efforts because I had Covid and it is nice to know that she cared enough to check on me.
Debbie is patient and kind, she helps me navigate my feelings and emotions. Debbie has helped me through some things that I would have not been able to do alone.

Debbie is skilled in her profession, but she also possesses qualities I've felt so many other therapists lack. Kind, gentle, empathetic, sympathetic, understanding, relatable. I would recommend anyone to Debbie. Especially if you're over sensitive and emotional, like I am =D

Debbie was supportive, understanding and non-judgmental and offered realistic solutions to issues that could be sustained and developed. She was always prompt in replying or scheduling sessions, and always on time for our chats. Talking to her felt natural and she has a way of putting you at ease and letting you talk without asking leading questions. She helped me put down goals and have realistic expectations from my interactions. Thanks!
Debbie is attentive and a good listener. She helps me see understand why I feel the way that I do and suggests ways that I can deal with triggers of anxiety and stress. She is very understanding and supportive and helps me keep my life on track to feel better and gives me strategies that I can manage stressful events in my life. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
I’ve never felt so at ease to talk about fragile subjects with someone so quickly. We’ve had internet and video troubles but that’s not made me panic. She handles those situations well. We talk across different time zones easily. She’s gentle.
