Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Great first session and I am confident we will see progress in each session
I know I’m only just getting started with therapy. So far Margaret has been very understanding and validating of my feelings, but she also helps me see things that I missed or just had blinders up for. I’m really liking this set up! I’m a mom of two under 3 and the ability to text over video or voice makes it so much easier to parent my kids and work on my mental health.
Mrs. Brown is the best! She listens to my hurt and helps me create a plan to work through my problems. she check in weekly and is always available. Highly recommend
I thank God for Better Help. I needed to talk someone about where my life was going . Margaret helped me see things in a better light. Thank you so much for your help.
Margaret has been so wonderful to work with. She’s so kind and intuitive, and has helped me identify and work through challenges I didn’t even know we’re prevalent in my day to day life. It’s been a great experience overall
