I adore Nicole. I had a bad first experience with another therapist and Nicole made me glad I didn't give up. She helps me see things about myself I didn't even think about until my brain catches it in our conversations. She also helps me see other perspectives on things I'm working on. I feel like I'm growing with her. I love that I get worksheets and we make steps on things I can do to improve myself. I suffer from social anxiety and she gave me some simple ideas so that I don't feel so overwhelmed in taking steps to work on being social. I can't wait for more sessions.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Good listener
I have had just two sessions with Nicole so far and she has proven herself to be very supportive and offers great advice. She encourages, validates, and gives insight that helps me clearly process and identify a path forward through my challenges. Nicole is very easy to talk to and a good listener. She focuses on the right things and is helping me work through a negative situation with a family member. She’s knowledgable and always on time. She also suggests books, podcasts and worksheets to also help me work through this difficult time.
Nicole was very understanding and empathetic. She managed to help me work through trauma while making me laugh and see the positive side of things. I felt validated and seen. Thank you Nicole!
