Hello, how are you really feeling? Anxious? Stressed? Distraught? Concerned? Pondered? Or just not your usual self?

Do you question your relationship with yourself or others? Perhaps you find it hard to say no, and always prioritise others needs and wants, ignoring your own. Maybe those targets and goals you set, never get started, or stay on a loop of never being mastered. Do you look in the mirror and wonder who is staring back? Or maybe you have experienced a life changing milestone, where you are still standing at the crossroads. So many questions, issues and challenges, that we all think and feel at times with a different level of intensity, that needs a safe space where you can reflect and explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviour.

Hi again, my name is Charly and I am an accredited Psychotherapist, in the UK (Britain) with over 11 years of professional work, with individuals and couples seeking therapy, both online and in my private practice.

I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are, hence why I draw from a few therapeutic techniques to tailor my integrated approach to your needs, which includes Systemic and Humanistic.

I have experience in helping clients, who are navigating struggles, such as; anxiety, coping skills, depression, communication, affair, betrayal, pre-marital concerns, bereavement, abuse, life goals, life transitions, parenting, separation, women and men issues. Therefore, in Individual Therapy, I support adults to explore their struggles impacting their wellbeing and relations with themselves and others.

I am passionate about my work and committed to supporting my clients, to gain a better understanding of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, which will open up new possibilities of empowerment, towards wanting to heal, change, or develop, a better future self and/or relationship.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
