In therapy, I am straightforward and honest; sometimes, I may tell you things you might not want to hear. However, I will always do it for your best interest from a kind and compassionate place. I hope you feel comfortable enough to show all different emotions while noticing that how you experience life is not black and white. By acknowledging challenging moments, you may also see moments of light and laughter while noticing the pain you may be carrying inside. My goal is to provide a space for you to express yourself freely without judgment so you can live with purpose and move forward toward a meaningful direction in life.

In my professional experience, I've worked with children, teenagers, adults, and couples in private practice, clinical settings, public and private hospitals, universities and corporate organisations. I have experience supporting individuals with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).

My multicultural background and mixed racial(Japanese/Ghanaian) and cultural (Australian) identity have influenced my approach to psychology. My unique experiences allow me to integrate Eastern and Western methods into my practice. Exposure to different cultures and travelling has equipped me to understand and support individuals from various cultural backgrounds.

Outside of therapy, I have many hobbies, including drawing, painting, running, and crocheting. I also love cozy fiction and exercising at the gym.
