Hello. I am an integrative psychotherapist in the UK and my experience includes working with clients who have encountered relationship and family issues, trauma and abuse (including sexual, physical, emotional, psychological, racial and narcissistic) in childhood or as adults, self-esteem, confidence, anxiety, depression, grief and loss issues.

My therapy manner is warm, welcoming, collaborative and incorporates challenge, if needed. I strongly believe in compassion, respect, open-mindedness and sensitivity. As an integrative therapist, I combine different approaches including psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, compassion and emotion focused to suit your individual needs. My other experience includes providing mental health support to university students and previously support work with survivors of domestic abuse. Presently, I am also undertaking doctoral study as a counselling psychologist and existential psychotherapist in training.
