Namreen feels like the person in my life I never had but desperetly needed: a safe haven. I can tell what's going on and leave the session with a good feeling; I feel listened to and Namreen makes me explore my thoughts, to a point I can grow into the person I want to become. She also checks in with me how I am, in a non-intrusive way, when I haven't checked in for a bit and/or forgot to schedule a new session. It's nice to have an external motivator to keep me on track, when my busy adhd head is not keeping track with life. Highly recommend her when you struggle, like me, with anxiety, depression, self-worth or need someone listening to you when life get's too much. She's a highly skilled person.
