I have over 15 years experience as a social worker and have gained experience working with many populations to include, seniors, adolescents, and adults at all stages of life. I have worked in community based settings, acute settings and long term residential settings. My experience allows me to work with a wide range of issues and populations.

My approach to therapy is goal oriented and solutions focused. I approach therapy from a place of compassion, empathy and understanding, with no judgement.
