Alyssa is great. This is my first time in therapy. Alyssa is great at guiding, & challenging me in a kind, caring & compassionate way. She makes me feel not alone, & helps me understand my own feelings when I don’t even understand them. She’s been helping guide me through a difficult time & honestly been my greatest help. I’m very appreciative & grateful I got to meet with Alyssa & learn about therapy. I only wish I could have more time during our sessions.
